 While we may connect you with trusted insurance providers or share general information about available coverage options, the decision to purchase travel insurance—and the responsibility for understanding your policy—rests solely with you, the traveler.

Recommendation to Purchase Insurance

We strongly recommend that every traveler purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for:
 - Trip cancellation or interruption
 - Medical emergencies and evacuation
 - Lost, delayed, or damaged baggage
 - Travel delays or missed connections
 - Supplier bankruptcy or default

Traveler Responsibility

 - Weather events, natural disasters, or pandemics
 - Government actions or travel restrictions
 
 Meraki Travels LLC cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or additional expenses incurred due to your decision not to obtain travel insurance.

Important Notice

Submitting payment or confirming a booking with Meraki Travels LLC constitutes acknowledgment that:
 1. You have been advised of the availability and benefits of travel insurance.
 2. You have either purchased coverage or voluntarily declined it.
 3. You understand that Meraki Travels LLC bears no liability for losses arising from your decision to forgo coverage.
