Purpose of This Policy

This policy explains how Meraki Travels LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) may collect, use, and share photographs, videos, and testimonials voluntarily submitted by travelers or captured during group travel experiences.
 
 We value your privacy and aim to be transparent about how we celebrate your travel moments while maintaining respect for personal boundaries.

Photo & Video Usage

By participating in trips, events, or group activities organized by Meraki Travels LLC, travelers may be photographed or recorded in group or candid settings.
 These images or videos may be used by Meraki Travels LLC for legitimate business and marketing purposes, including but not limited to:
 - Website galleries and promotional materials
 - Social media posts, digital advertising, or print publications
 - Newsletters, blogs, and travel-related features
 - Reels, short-form videos, and digital campaigns
 
 Meraki Travels LLC will never sell or license your photos or likeness to unrelated third parties.

Testimonial Submissions

If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, quote, or feedback—whether written, video-recorded, or verbal—you grant Meraki Travels LLC permission to use that content in marketing materials.
 
 Your testimonial may appear on our website, social media, or promotional materials and may include your first name, city, or travel experience (never full personal details).

Traveler Consent

By booking or participating in a Meraki Travels LLC trip or event, you consent to the reasonable and appropriate use of your photo, video, and testimonial materials as described in this policy.
 
 Participation in group photos or sharing testimonials is always voluntary. If you prefer not to be included in media or promotional content, you may notify us in writing at customerservice@merakitravelsllc.com before or during your trip.

Opt-Out Requests

Travelers who wish to opt out of the use of their image or testimonial may contact us with the subject line “Media Opt-Out Request.”
 Once received, we will make reasonable efforts to exclude your image from future promotional use.
 
 Please note that images or videos already published before an opt-out request may continue to appear in previously released marketing materials.

Ownership Rights

All photographs, video footage, and media content captured by or on behalf of Meraki Travels LLC during travel events remain the property of the company.
 These materials may be edited, reproduced, and distributed for marketing or documentation purposes in perpetuity.
