MERAKI TRAVELS LLC - PAYMENT AUTH & REFUND POLICY

Purpose of This Policy

This policy explains how Meraki Travels LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles payment authorizations, processing, and refunds related to travel bookings. It ensures transparency between the Agency and all travelers using our services.

Authorization to Charge

By submitting payment information, you authorize Meraki Travels LLC to process payments on your behalf for travel services, including but not limited to:
 - Deposits, final balances, or service fees related to your trip
 - Travel supplier charges (such as cruises, hotels, airlines, or tours)
 - Add-ons, upgrades, or customized arrangements requested by you
 
 You confirm that the credit/debit card or payment method provided belongs to you or that you are an authorized user.

Payment Processing

Payments made to Meraki Travels LLC are processed directly through secure, approved payment processors or electronic invoice systems.
 Your payment may appear as Meraki Travels LLC or as a charge from the specific supplier providing your travel service.

Payment Schedule

All payment terms and due dates will be specified in your individual Trip Plan or invoice.
 - Deposits are required to secure your reservation.
 - Final payments are due 45 days before travel, unless otherwise stated.
 - Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of all payments made.

Non-Refundable Payments

All deposits, service fees, and payments made to Meraki Travels LLC are non-refundable.
 This includes, but is not limited to:
 - Deposits for cruises, hotels, or tours
 - Service or planning fees
 - Group travel payments
 - Final payments made after the due date
 
 Meraki Travels LLC does not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
 - Trip cancellations
 - Supplier service issues
 - Illness, injury, or emergency
 - Schedule changes, weather events, or government restrictions.

Supplier Policies

Each travel supplier (such as cruise lines, airlines, or hotels) maintains its own payment, modification, and cancellation policies. Any potential refunds, credits, or rebooking options are governed solely by the supplier, not by Meraki Travels LLC.
 
 Meraki Travels LLC will make reasonable efforts to assist you in communicating with suppliers; however, we cannot guarantee recovery of any funds.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for valid travel services rendered or booked.
 If you experience an issue, you must contact Meraki Travels LLC directly at customerservice@merakitravelsllc.com to allow us to assist in resolving the matter.
 
 Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action and forfeiture of future booking privileges.

Travel Insurance Requirement

Because all payments are non-refundable, we strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against financial loss due to cancellations, medical emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

Acknowledgment

Submitting payment to Meraki Travels LLC signifies that you:

 1. Understand and accept this Payment Authorization & Refund Policy.

 2. Acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable.
