This disclosure outlines the relationship between Meraki Travels LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and the third-party suppliers that provide the actual travel services you purchase through us. It explains how we operate as an independent travel agency and clarifies our limited responsibility regarding those suppliers.

Independent Agency Notice

Meraki Travels LLC is an independent travel agency located in Louisville, Kentucky. We are not owned, managed, or operated by any cruise line, airline, hotel, tour company, or host agency.
 
 When you book with us, we act solely as an agent between you (the Traveler) and the independent third-party suppliers (“Suppliers”) that provide your travel services.

Third-Party Supplier Relationship

Suppliers include, but are not limited to:
 - Airlines, cruise lines, and rail carriers
 - Hotels, villas, and lodging providers
 - Tour operators, transportation companies, and excursion providers
 - Travel insurance companies and event vendors
 
 These Suppliers are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or representatives of Meraki Travels LLC. Each Supplier is solely responsible for providing the services you have purchased.

Supplier Terms & Conditions

All travel services arranged by Meraki Travels LLC are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of each Supplier, which may include:
 - Cancellation or modification rules
 - Refund and change penalties
 - Documentation and entry requirements
 - Baggage policies or liability limits
 
 By booking through Meraki Travels LLC, you agree to be bound by each Supplier’s individual terms and policies.

Liability Disclaimer

Meraki Travels LLC acts only as an intermediary and assumes no responsibility or liability for:
 - Supplier errors, omissions, negligence, or breach of contract
 - Changes in schedules, pricing, or itineraries
 - Cancellations, overbookings, or service interruptions
 - Injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience resulting from Supplier actions
 - Acts of nature, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control
 
 Any claims, disputes, or requests for refunds must be addressed directly to the Supplier.

Traveler Responsibility

It is the traveler’s responsibility to:
 1. Review and understand all Supplier terms before booking.
 2. Confirm that names, dates, and travel details are accurate.
 3. Follow all documentation, check-in, and travel requirements established by each Supplier.
 4. Purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected Supplier issues.

No Guarantee of Supplier Performance

Meraki Travels LLC carefully selects reputable travel partners; however, we cannot guarantee the performance, quality, or availability of any Supplier’s products or services.
 
 Your satisfaction with those services is governed by the Supplier’s own policies.
