Travel Planning Investment Rates
$50 per person — Couples planning a personalized travel experience
$75 per person — Small groups (5–12 travelers)
$100 per person — Larger groups (13–25 travelers)
A custom planning investment may be required for complex itineraries, milestone celebrations, villas, destination events, retreats, or multi-destination experiences.

What Is Not Included
To help set clear expectations, the following services are not included unless otherwise discussed or added to your planning experience:
✘ Flights or airfare arrangements (unless added as an additional planning service)
✘ Airport transportation (to/from the airport)
✘ Travel insurance costs
✘ Passport or visa fees
✘ Tours, excursions, attraction tickets, or activity costs
✘ Dining, spa services, gratuities, or personal expenses
✘ Event tickets (concerts, sports, festivals, etc.) unless included in a package
